There is only one lvl4 mission against enemy factions in Caldari space, its called Enemies Abound(five part mission): 1 of 5 - gallente fed = ~0.02% gallente standing drop 2 of 5 - 5-6jump courier + possible route through low sec = worst isk ever,...
